There are a lot of realtors out there which can make it difficult to stand out. This client had the great idea to connect with local HR and recruiting teams. What better way to get your name out there than to provide those people engaging with potential out-of-state buyers with an Ann Arbor 101. This brochure provides advice and tips when it comes to relocating here.

Not only was it fun to design this brochure but all of the images are local photographs I took (with the exception of the cover drone shot). An added benefit of working with a designer + photographer in one.

Clients: Fortune Innovations (Therma-Tru Doors, Fypon and Fiberon Decking)

Refreshing a brand’s look and feel is one of my favorite areas of design. For Fortune Innovations, I provided a cohesive look and feel for multiple brands that were connected by the same parent company. I have 10+ years experience producing and art buying, including many years with McDonald’s (via Leo Burnett). It was an amazing experience to work with such a large, iconic brand. A client this large came with large projects, including a $1M photo shoot in Hong Kong that I produced. Here are some highlights from my work with them.

Portfolio - Product Line Design and Creative Direction

Client: Therma-Tru Doors

I led the conceptualization, design and messaging updates to better position both Classic Craft and Veris as premium product lines. Updates were made by using unique fonts, choosing product line specific colors, selecting premium photography and setting design guidelines for future work.

Digital Creative Direction

Creativity with the digital space becomes more important every year as the virtual and digital worlds evolve. I have provided creative guidance on websites, digital ads, social media, app development, digital ordering kiosks, virtual experiences and more.

Video Production

I am experienced with conceptualization, scripting, producing and post-production of video projects. I have additional experience creating videos, producing interview sessions, product footage, animation and CGI. A highlight is an award winning video I co-produced, including a Cannes Lion Bronze. “The Literacy Store” for McDonald’s was made to promote literacy awareness.
